1. Appointment Reservation: Appointment reservation is necessary to ensure availability of time slots. 

2. Appointment Cancellation: Appointment cancellation is free if done at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, a partial or full charge of the service amount may apply. 

3. Safety and Hygiene: The use of clean and safe tools and materials is necessary to protect the health of customers. 

4. Information Exchange: Information collected during reservation and service provision remains confidential and is not shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, unless required by law. 

5. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the service.

RESERVATION TERMS 

1. Appointment Reservation: Customers must make an appointment to ensure availability of time slots. 

2. Appointment Cancellation: Appointment cancellation is free, and the full amount is refunded only if done at least 5 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In case of cancellation less than 5 hours prior, there is a charge of 100% of the total service cost. 

3. Safety and Hygiene: The store adheres to high standards of hygiene and safety for both customers and staff. 

4. Age Restrictions: For children, age restrictions may apply, or the presence of a parent or guardian may be required. 

5. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reporting any allergies or medical issues that may affect the service. 

6. Appointment Changes: Appointment changes are subject to availability. Changes to the scheduled appointment time are possible without charge if made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. If the customer is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the store reserves the right to cancel the appointment or reduce the service time to maintain the scheduled time for the next customers.  Customers are kindly requested to familiarize themselves with the above terms and conditions before making an appointment.

TRANSACTION SECURITY 

1. Credit Card Security: Credit cards must be used securely, and their information should not be disclosed to unauthorized individuals or websites.
2. Payment Obligations: Payments made by credit card must comply with the terms and conditions agreed upon with the card issuer. 
3. Debit Payment Obligations: Payments must be made promptly to cover charges incurred for services rendered or product purchases. 
4.  Transaction Confirmation: Payments should be confirmed with a transaction receipt and payment confirmation from the credit card issuer. 
5. Restriction of Use: The credit card should only be used by its owner and not be used for illegal or fraudulent purposes. 
6. Handling Anomalies: In case of suspicious or irregularities in credit card payments, it should be reported immediately to the card issuer, and the instructions for addressing the issue should be followed. The above obligations concern the secure and responsible use of the credit card and must be carefully adhered to by the cardholder.
